The recent investment concerns technology at the service of consumers and specifically we are talking about the new App to detect damages. By downloading the new 'Autovia' app free of charge, it will be possible for users to log in with their identification code and photograph the vehicle both at the start and at the end of the rental period. In this way, it will be much easier and more immediate to check for any anomalies and obtain the necessary feedback, significantly increasing protection mechanisms. This functionality is just the starting point of a series of future additions that will soon enrich the App, starting with useful information for customer care contacts, the system for reporting fines, damages and breakdowns, direct contact with customer care, a summary of rental data, contractual conditions, privacy and much more.
