I have to admit I was a bit skeptical before renting here because of some negative reviews. I took the ‘risk’, and I couldn’t be happier. The kindest and most supportive people at both the desk, and the pickup/return area. And amazing prices. I’ll come back for sure!
Very good service collecting car, had to wait about 1 hour however Doaa gave us an upgrade to compensate for the wait.
Manager Kristina is the best! She helped us a lot with the rental car. She explained how to proceed, because at the moment when we arrived there were only small cars available.

I rented an automatic VW Polo and got upgraded to an auto Kia Sportage. Not the type I would prefer since Italian roads are better with smaller cars. 2022 car, everything works, a little bit long processing time but all good so far. Will update if I got falsely charged

You're probably wondering, "where is this company at?". Arrivals floor, back in the corner near nr. 5 entrance door. Once you find the desk, the rest is easy. 4th floor in the parking garage, to the right outside the airport. The cars are parked kind of behind and to the outside of Europcar. Took us a minute lol.

Hired a Vw caravelle - like new - no problems, a great van to hire for a family of 5 with lots of bags and a great rental service.
