Yesterday I hired a Car at the Autovia Station in Ravenna. I just want to share my very good Experience at this Car Rental Station. Everything was fast and comfortable. The Service Agent Lorenzo was very friendly and helpful. He called a cab for us to get us back to the Cruise Port A special thanks to him. I highly recommend this Station for 100%

Staff had lots of issues with their computers. Takes 30 minutes to be turned away. Multiple people in line had issues with their bookings. Only come here if you don't need a car and are willing to wait.

Giada who was there at the Bologna Train Station was great! She helped us select the best vehicle for our purpose, and the process was smooth as well. We enjoyed the drive. The pick-up / drop-off process was good as well.

Ossama was really helpful, and took the time to explain things to us in our native language. He was very good to deal with. Gunner deal with him again if we can!!

A fantastic service. Arrangements were all clear, car was clean and available at the right time and the price was good. Best was that the staff working in the Parma office went out of their way to help - giving up their own time to resolve my questions. Highly recommended. Thanks

Very nice experience using Ecovia in Venice and especially Ravenna! The friendly gentlemen in Ravenna took a great care if us, calling a cab for a ride to the cruise terminal. Highly recommend!

Everything went smoothly with both picking up and dropping off the car. The paperwork was done quickly, and the staff were nice and helpful. The only downside was the condition of the car — it had quite a few scratches and signs of wear. Also, the key fob battery was dead, which made starting the car a bit stressful, and I had to replace the battery myself.

We picked up a car from here. I cannot speak to the drop off procedure. I am only reviewing pickup. We checked in at the office down the street. The girl working there was kind and helpful. She walked me through the sign in process then told us to walk to the garage where we could pick up our car. I walked there and they had our car ready for us to drive away in just a few minutes. Fiat Panda for 2 days 108€ + 100 € deposit Everything was clearly explained, the car was in perfect condition and no extra charges were charged.

Very well laid out, with indoor pick for car transportation. However, there was a last minute change to our platform number (which is apparently very common) and directions to the other platform were not well marked. We bitterly had to run down 2 levels, some areas of stairs & BARELY made our train to Florence. You have to watch the monitors constantly for last minute announcements!

Everything was ok with Autovia Bologna Train Station. From online booking via email two days in advance to car delivery and return. A very nice young girl helped us in the office and everything went quickly. We got a car upgrade from the reserved category. Everything well done. Pick up and drop off is at a garage a few blocks away and is also quick. The deposit was released 1 day after returning the car. I recommend renting from Autovia.

We are really pleased with the service. Very efficient,kind and they even upgraded us! I noticed in the waiting room people were rude to some of the workers, I want to outline that these guys are doing there best and to always be kind! Highly reccomend Autovia/ Ecovia car rentals.
