Drivers holding a licence issued by countries outside the EU or EEA must present:
- a valid national driving licence
- an international driving permit (IDP) or official translation of the licence, where required by current regulations
A physical credit card in the Customer’s name, with a deferred credit line (credit limit), is mandatory for vehicle collection and is used exclusively as a rental guarantee. Cards from the main international circuits are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Valid identity card or passport. Non-EU citizens must present a passport with a valid entry visa.
Required to receive the booking confirmation and operational instructions from the pick-up branch.

No. A credit card in the name of the main driver is mandatory for the deposit pre-authorisation. Physical credit cards in the name of the first driver, with a deferred credit line (credit limit), belonging to the main international circuits are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
The deposit is pre-authorised on the credit card at the time of pick-up. The amount depends on the vehicle category and is always communicated before confirmation. After return, the release takes place subject to no damage or disputes.
In the event of early return, the actual rate for the days used is applied. Any difference from the total already paid is refunded according to the contractual conditions.
