Car rental at Brindisi Airport

Excellent efficient checkin and quick polite return of the vehicle.

Easy to deal with although the car was dirty inside and out when we picked it up.

Price, car and pick-up and return were convenient. However credit card was not accepted at first. The clerk wanted me to pay a fee of 60€ per day for insurance reason. After spending 1 hour and 40€ roaming phone cost, the bank told me that the clerk did not even try to check the card. 30min in the queue again, the clerk at the other desk entered the credit card details and it worked hassle free.

Smooth service at pick-up, smooth and fast return. Staff informative, but not too pushy about the additional insurance, which I really appreciated. Got a car which I paid for and it served me well. Deposit released 5 days after return. Would reuse Autovia/Ecovia any time without hesitation.

We had an amazing experience from pick up to drop off. We also got a car upgrade! They were very accommodating and helpful! Davide at the pick up counter was an absolute gem. I definitely recommend, if you are looking for a car in Puglia.

We arrived at Autovia Brindisi airport and it was a smooth and seamless experience. We had a situation with one of our drivers and was scared we wouldn’t be able to get our car because of it. However, they handled the situation so well and was able to arrange something for us that worked out perfectly. Davide was absolutely wonderful and so helpful, he was a star! We recommend :)

I must admit, I was a little scared when I saw the opinions about a long block of EUR 500 on the card - I returned the car on May 29 and there was still a block on my card, I wrote an e-mail and I was immediately sent an invoice /confirmation that the block had been removed. I have used AutoVia twice in the past year. The welcome is always friendly. Thank you to Maria and Beatrice and all other staff in Bologne Train Station office for an excellent service. Car was comfortable and reliable and a little sad to leave it behind after a lovely week touring the Italian East coast! AutoVia will be my number one rental company choice in Italy.

Very good service. A small queue at the airport when we arrived, but smaller than other companies, and it moved quickly. The car was very clean, and had any existing marks clearly identified. For a small car (Opel Corsa), it was well spec'ed and had Android Auto, so we had full sat-nav. The return was also simple, though the sign-posts aren't very clear - we did have to wait a while for someone to complete our return

I couldn't fault a thing in this car rental! The booking process was very simple, and when I arrived at the car rental desk, I was greeted with a smile. We hired a VW POLO automatic through Ryanair , easy collection and return at Brindisi airport. Staff friendly and helpful. Car was clean without any issues. Would use this company again, good value. We had a really good experience with Ecovia Brindisi! I would really recommend it. We booked a car via DiscoverCars with Ecovia, and everything was perfect. The guy who helped us at the airport was really friendly, we got an unexpected upgrade to an automatic car which was great. Overall experience was perfect!

If you want to rent a car in Brindisi airport this is the company I recommend! I must say I was very concerned because of the overall bad reviews that the majority of the car rentals companies have in Brindisi. After some researched we booked this one directly with Booking, which is convenient. The desk is very easy to find, just outside of the airport (no shuttle which is great).
