Car rental at Venice Airport

Very professional, efficient and friendly service

I am very satisfied with the service they provided. The car was in very good condition, with no issues at all. The pick-up was quick, and the return was also quick and easy. Overall, it was an excellent service. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed.

I’ve rented a car here for the first time, and I was impressed! Enrico and Anastasia were so helpful and nice to me and my husband and explained everything with such professionalism. They understood that we were late because of our flight and were so understanding. The car worked really well. Good prices. I really recommend autovia to everyone.

We rented a Fiat 500X throw 3part for 6 days, and it was 100€. I chose Standart insurance. On the way back, I parked car on 3th floor and dropped the key. The 700 deposit was returned with no hassle. We booked our car rental via a third party website. After reading some of the reviews, we were a little skeptical but we’ve had a positive experience! We collected our vehicle on time, there was an additional charge of €100 for travelling outside of Italy which wasn’t stated on booking. We booked a car with autovia through rentalcars.com and paid for it using a debit card, without knowing that only a credit card is accepted for deposit. Unfortunately, we do not have a credit card. I had a very good experience with them. This was September 2022. All the other customer service desks had huge queues & AutoVia had none. Ok there was nobody at the desk for 10 mins but once they turned up it was very quick and we were in & out faster than any of the 100 or so other people in there waiting.
