Car rental at Venice Airport

Very smooth experience, from pick-up to drop-off, no surprise fees. They do check the car more thoroughly than usual on drop-off, but I think that's normal in Italy, and there were no issues there.

We had a very good experience with Autovia / Ecovia.

The car we received was an MG3 Hybrid automatic, in excellent condition, very clean and comfortable, and it was perfect for our road trip.

Using Autovia fairly frequently over the last couple of years as well as other car hire companies depending on cost and availability. Positives - almost never too many people waiting so I can be in and out very quickly. Fair pricing on extras. Staff is professional and never push for upgrades unlike others.

The car we rented was right for all the luggage we had. The pick up and drop off was handled quickly and efficiently by the staff. We would recommend Aitovia to anyone travelling.

Very good 1st experience with Autovia. Process was very easy from booking online to pick up and return. Great price, good choice of cars. Was given a different car than the one I ordered but can't complain as it was a great car. Had no issues at all and happy to recommend.

perfect car, pick up procedure unexpectedly extremely easy and fast (unlike other companies), just delivery was a bit more difficult as I arrived very early at the airport, there was no parking available and key dropping must be organised a bit better. Overall tho a very good experience, Autovia is now in my list.

The rental car was booked prior to my arrival. The pickup and return were quick and hassle-free. The signage at Venice Airport, however, should be more visible.

We had a very good experience. We did not have to wait, the employee was fast, and explained us the necessary things. He did not try to sell us additional insurance because he saw that we were already covered. Very nice and quick experience.

Front desk staff was highly effective and responsive, for an overall very pleasant experience. The car was in great condition. Highly recommended.

I’ve rented a car here for the first time, and I was impressed! Enrico and Anastasia were so helpful and nice to me and my husband and explained everything with such professionalism. They understood that we were late because of our flight and were so understanding. The car worked really well. Good prices. I really recommend autovia to everyone.
