The car and the service from the people was great so no complaints. Just be aware that when they say "in terminal" at Bari it means a very small desk and there can be a queue. Best price for a good car hire from Bari airport. They’re clearly a popular firm with a queue of customers waiting in the arrivals terminal. You may not be able to see the Ecovia sign but same desk as Autovia. It took about 40 minutes but the 2 staff on the tiny desk were pleasant. Then key and car pick up and drop off from the nearby rental car park was very efficient and quick.
We had a very positive experience renting a car with Autovia in Bari, Italy this month. There was a short line at the window but once we got there, the service was fast and polite. We got an upgrade on the type of car from a midsize sedan to an SUV. The car was new, spotless and well equipped. The return process was easy as well.
