I have rented a Toyota Corolla automatic, but instead i received a very new Cupra Leon which was an obvious upgrade. The rental was fast and everything was fine. No “imaginative damages”, no nothing. I definitely would recommend them.

I had a good experience, with no queue at check in, no pressure to buy their insurance (fine, you have to leave a deposit, but that is expected) and no issues upon returning the vehicle. Worth noting that this was during a quiet period, so your experience might vary.

We (as a family) are very happy from the car and the staff.(Booked from booking.com with EcoVia) We got promoted to a better car free of charge which made the whole experience even better. The car was around 90k km and inside was like new. There were scratches and bums outside but this didn't bother us at all because we filmed it when we took the car. It's 2 people working there and they are very busy. The girls were really working hard to get cars to everyone as soon as possible but there's only so much efficiency one can achieve. Maybe there is something the company could do to make it easier and faster. But, just be aware of the queue and understand that the girls are doing everything they can.

The queue was a bit of a shocker and took an hour. But the rest was fine. For 264Euros we got a brand new mid sized BYD. We already had our own excess and they didnt push it at all. Took pictures before we left, no problem and quick and easy on the way back. Reading the reviews we were worried, but it all turned out fine.

The car is very good, fresh & new. Price was the best compared to peers. 4 stars for unpleasant experience at the counter inside the airport (miscommunication with the personnel working regarding insurance) + long queue.

Smooth and professional

I rented a car for one week to drive around Puglia, I rented a Fiat 500 for approximately €100, but I was upgraded to a opal mocha. When my flight was delayed, the staff kindly waited for half an hour longer in exchange for a €61 late fee. When returning the car everything went well and Rosanna is a star.
