I arrived at the airport, the car rental desks are clearly marked. Be prepared for a small queue, frustrating when people collecting their cars haven't prepared themselves properly. Disorganised people in the queue make the wait painful for those who have their ID credentials to hand and have reviewed the policies and insurance in advance. Sure there was a waiting line. Not fault of the company. For no queue, go for more expensive companies like Sixt. We were satisfied with Autovia. They helped us upgrade the car without too much hassle. You get what you pay for and there is a good balance between price and quality at Autovia 👍

I was very nervous booking car hire at Bari airport given the number of poor reviews however I need not have worried about Autovia. Pick-up process very fast.
Auto BYD SEAL 6 touring was great, new (2,7k km); even if I booked an SUV, I accepted for curiosity, the experience driving it was nice.

A good experience. Pick-up and drop-off went quickly, without any problems. The car was different from the one reserved, instead of a Nissan Qashqai I got a Jaecoo 5 (which was new, ok).

When picking the car it has been a little bit crowded at the counter and it has taken about 15 minutes to process all papers. The car was brand new, well equipped. Returning the car was easy and quick (difficult was to find the right way to get to car returns area). In general I have been very satisfied with the service.

The car and the service from the people was great so no complaints. Just be aware that when they say "in terminal" at Bari it means a very small desk and there can be a queue. When you pick up the car, make sure to inspect it carefully and take plenty of photos from every angle.

They are now trying to claim that I scratched the car. Fortunately, I had photos with the date and time they were taken when I picked up the vehicle, so I am currently disputing the claim.

We were delighted with the service, the staff were friendly and prompt. The car was absolutely excellent. It was clean, as good as new condition. It was the perfect size for our trip. The Opel Corsa was smooth and so easy to drive. An excellent experience and highly recommended!

Best price for a good car hire from Bari airport. They’re clearly a popular firm with a queue of customers waiting in the arrivals terminal. You may not be able to see the Ecovia sign but same desk as Autovia. It took about 40 minutes but the 2 staff on the tiny desk were pleasant. Then key and car pick up and drop off from the nearby rental car park was very efficient and quick.

We had a very positive experience renting a car with Autovia in Bari, Italy this month. There was a short line at the window but once we got there, the service was fast and polite. We got an upgrade on the type of car from a midsize sedan to an SUV. The car was new, spotless and well equipped. The return process was easy as well.
