When we arrived there was a problem with the booking and the company wouldn't accept my Avant credit card for some reason which was beyond me but they then accepted my visa card, the lady behind the counter was very helpful and fixed everything, thank you 😊

I received the exact car I booked, and it was in excellent condition. The service was fantastic from pickup to drop off.

The only minor issue was a slight delay at pickup because my UK phone couldn’t get a signal at the airport, and you need to call them as soon as you land. Other than that, everything went smoothly. I would happily use their service again.

When you pick up the car, make sure to inspect it carefully and take plenty of photos from every angle.

Pickup process took a long time at the desk, there were 2 people in front of us but we had to wait for almost an hour. We booked directly via their web page together with insurance. There was confusion with the insurance excess amounts but we convinced them to get the zero excess as we picked during booking. We had a very good experience renting a car. Everything was exactly as described, and the car was clean, reliable, and in excellent condition. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the rental process.

The only issue was that the office location on Booking.com was not up to date, so we spent about 30 minutes looking for the correct office. Updating the address would make the experience even better.
