First I was a little bit worried about the rental because of the reviews. But evrything went so smoothly and the help was fast and friendly. Nothing bad to say really.

We were delighted with the service, the staff were friendly and prompt. The car was absolutely excellent. It was clean, as good as new condition. It was the perfect size for our trip. The Opel Corsa was smooth and so easy to drive. An excellent experience and highly recommended!

After reading so many negative reviews, I was quite worried about renting from Autovia. In the end, my experience was mostly positive.

The price was very competitive, and we even received a free upgrade. We had booked a standard Ford Kuga, but instead we got a brand-new hybrid Kia Sportage with only 7,000 km on the odometer. It was a very comfortable car and made our trip much more enjoyable.

On the downside, the car wasn’t clean...

A very good, quick and easy car rental! Clean vehicle, great condition and helpful staff. My only comment for improvement is, the rental on my agreement says to rent from Ecovia, and the rental at the terminal was Autovia - It made it harder to find for 5 minutes being that I was looking for another name - Something to note to the owners and or renters!

Best price for a good car hire from Bari airport. They’re clearly a popular firm with a queue of customers waiting in the arrivals terminal. You may not be able to see the Ecovia sign but same desk as Autovia. It took about 40 minutes but the 2 staff on the tiny desk were pleasant. Then key and car pick up and drop off from the nearby rental car park was very efficient and quick.

It wasn’t the 1st time that i hired from autovia but was the 1st time that the car & its condition was as expected towards a hired car. The only i need to add is that you guys need to check for the windscreen wash water level, 5 out 5 were empty! The rest on this time was great !

Good car hire company that seams genuinely interested in their customers. Open late, nice clean car, no issues on car return or hard up sell with insurance products. Will use again.

Would love to give them 5 stars but for the waiting time to get the car. Note, it isn't even their fault because half of the people that booked either didn't have a credit card with them or their international drivers license, both of which are listed as necessary comments.

Therefore, instead of a straightforward check in experience, you have multiple groups negotiating / complaining / calling their booking company asking for help.

We had a very positive experience renting a car with Autovia in Bari, Italy this month. There was a short line at the window but once we got there, the service was fast and polite. We got an upgrade on the type of car from a midsize sedan to an SUV. The car was new, spotless and well equipped. The return process was easy as well. We will definitely use Autovia in future trips to Italy
