It was easy to hire, car was very good, enjoyed driving in mountains, with full covered insurance was no risk.
One unpleasant info was, that booking.com (I booked via booking.com) offered and paid full covered assurance was in fact minimal. At the desk I paid full insurance, but this should be booking.com fault.
All other things went well!

Sure there was a waiting line. Not fault of the company. For no queue, go for more expensive companies like Sixt. We were satisfied with Autovia. They helped us upgrade the car without too much hassle. You get what you pay for and there is a good balance between price and quality at Autovia 👍

I was very nervous booking car hire at Bari airport given the number of poor reviews however I need not have worried about Autovia. The pick up was smooth, yes there was a queue but it was peak holiday season in July, but there was no hard sell on additional insurance. We had an older car (Volkswagen), which seemed kinda sketchy at first but after driving it more than a thousand kilometers across Albania, I can safely say the cars are well taken care of and it drove like a charm.

Great experience with office at Malpensa. Mohammed was really attentive and helpful during the process of collecting the car despite arriving at a time that was particularly busy. The car however was slightly older and a bit underpowered but we had selected the cheapest option available, despite this it did everything we needed to do (travelling through the dolomites) and overall we were satisfied with the experience.

The car was ready on time, a cleaned and brand-new Ford Tourneo, bigger than expected, and no problem to take several big luggages. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The counter is inside the arrival hall, and the car parking only 150m in easy reach. Very good choice.
