I’m leaving this review because I saw all the horror stories the night before I was going to return the car and was worried about losing my deposit or potentially getting slapped with big fees. Whilst I’m sure some people have had trouble with this firm, particularly at Treviso Airport, I can only speak from experience and say that they did a grand job. I had a check-out at 9:30 and arrived at 10:40 and they charged me €57. They are not flexible at all. Pay attention to all the details when booking your car with them.
Excellent experience with them, the car was practically new and the service at the office was optimal.
Got a Toyota Yaris HEV from them. Vrey good car, great condition and fuel efficient. The Miss at the airport was very friendly, helpful and the whole process was seamless with her guidance. The drop-off was just as easy, leave the car in the parking spot, drop the key to the office and that was it. Had the car for a week and traveled through Italy about 2500 km. I will choose them again if revisiting Treviso airport and needed a car.
