The lady at the counter was courteous and was very clear in her explanation. The car was good and when we returned it back, the guy checked it immediately without any problems. The price was reasonable, and the deposit was refunded immediately.
I’m leaving this review because I saw all the horror stories the night before I was going to return the car and was worried about losing my deposit or potentially getting slapped with big fees. Whilst I’m sure some people have had trouble with this firm, particularly at Treviso Airport, I can only speak from experience and say that they did a grand job. Great little car clean and comfortable for a fiat panda. Was easy to pick up at airport and we had gone with these as we didn’t have a credit card and could use a debit card which a lot don’t do. Price was really good too would definitely use these again.

I had a check-out at 9:30 and arrived at 10:40 and they charged me €57. They are not flexible at all. Pay attention to all the details when booking your car with them.

The car was in good condition and paperwork was fast. The only issue was with car pickup location. Near Treviso airport there are parking locations with various car renting companies. All of them are marked by that company logos, flags etc. But Autovia car parking is so ‘hidden’ and does not have any markings that you are in the right spot.
