I liked the car I got. Toyota Yaris was booked and available one was Ford Puma. I liked the switch as it was enriching for me and I remained with positive impressions from driving it.

The car was clean at reception.

Very good experience with Autovia at Cagliari Airport. The staff was friendly, professional, and the pickup was fast. The car was clean, in great condition, and exactly as expected.
The return process was quick and easy. I would definitely use Autovia again and recommend it to anyone visiting Sardinia.

Overall, I had a very good experience with Autovia/Ecovia. The car was very clean, in excellent technical condition, and had low mileage. It performed perfectly throughout the rental, and I had no issues at all. The only aspect that could be improved is the vehicle pickup process. When we arrived there was a problem with the booking and the company wouldn't accept my Avant credit card for some reason which was beyond me but they then accepted my visa card, the lady behind the counter was very helpful and fixed everything, thank you 😊

When picking the car it has been a little bit crowded at the counter and it has taken about 15 minutes to process all papers. The car was brand new, well equipped. Returning the car was easy and quick (difficult was to find the right way to get to car returns area). In general I have been very satisfied with the service.
