Picked up at Venice airport - staff were lovely and process fairly seamless. Great vehicle. Only issue was dropping back off at a busy time and limited spaces to leave the car

Autovia Verona Stazione worked 100% ok from reservation to drop-off. Car was ok (better than reserved), customer service and price was ok + extra bonus for possibility to drop off car until 23.59 to 24/7 carage and keybox. Recommended. Just remember to reserve cars to Verona early cause high demand.

Nice service both ends, the car worked well

The staff at the terminal desk were professional, polite and friendly. Although there was a short queue, the ladies worked quickly and got through it in no time. They advised me on the most suitable insurance, and the car I received exceeded my expectations. The online booking beforehand was also straightforward. Highly recommended.

We rented a car through Eco Via. Due to a mistake by Ryanair, we arrived late and couldn't pick up the car until the following day. A staff member named Niccoló did everything possible to get us a car anyway—since Ryanair hadn't communicated the change, he contacted them on our behalf and ensured we still got a vehicle. We received incredible assistance from Niccoló.

Well deserved 5 stars due to the assistance we got from Gulia at the desk the moment we arrived at the counter. She was very helpful and accommodating not just because its her job to do what she is doing. She made acceptions for us and with it being so late at the airport and just wanting to get a car and be able to get to our hotel was made much easier with Gulia. Service was great and quick also.
