When we arrived the staff at the desk were busy with other customers
The staff at the desk were very friendly and knowledgeable. All the details of hire and insurance options were given.
I was offered an upgrade which I accepted the extra cost was the fuel. The car was new and in perfect condition. On return the staff were also friendly and checked the car and fuel levels. Overall an excellent experience

Excellent service from Veronika, the Autovia/Ecovia representative at Fiumicino Airport. She gave us great advice and was very proactive when we had a problem with the vehicle. She found us a replacement (picture) within minutes in the Puglia region where we were staying. I wholeheartedly recommend Veronika and Autovia/Ecovia. Diane and Jean.

We arrived in Milan without a booking and could not find a car anywhere. Valentina at Autovia was an absolute saviour and organised a car for the 9 of us within 10 minutes! The process was so easy and the customer service for extraordinary. Could not speak highly enough of the team!

Booked a Peugeot 2008, received a MG ZS (upgrade).
The car was decent, with 7000 km on it.

The exterior was ok, but with scratches every now and then. We made 2500 km in our 2 weeks Journey wihoiut any problems.

We didn't have fool insurance from them, we had it from wizzair. We made the million photos for each one.

On return all went well. So, good luck to you too and may you have the same luck as we did.

We had such a wonderful experience with Valentina. She was incredibly kind and helpful from the beginning, and she made managing our car rental so much easier and stress-free. She’s such a humble, warm person and so easy to communicate with.

Excellent problem solving skills by Veronika. Credit card processing at car rental companies in Italy seem to be an everlasting pain, but everything was fine at the end 🙏

I collected the vehicle at Verona Airport. The rental desk and the vehicle pick-up location are located directly next to the airport, approximately a two-minute walk away.

The registration and vehicle collection process was very quick, and I received the keys almost immediately. During the inspection of the vehicle, I noticed some damages that were not listed in the original documentation. I informed the employee at the rental desk and ...

Service was good, and the car was great

From the collection, at around 22:00 on a Sunday night, the lady who delt with our hire was polite and personable. The car was clean, in good condition and the staff were efficient doing the hand back. Would I use them again? YES

We went to this station to leave the car after we took it from Rome. The worker there, Gabriel was really nice and helpful. He came with us to inspect the car and close the contract there directly. 100% recommend
