On a terrible day with high temperatures and a messy airport, we were quickly attended at the Autovia desk in the main building, professionally and with a smile. They tried to oversell just a bit without being annoying, which is nice. After a overcrowded and overheated bus transfer to park Nr.3 (not the responsibility of Autovia but of the airport), where the pickup is, the car was easy to find. I was happy with everything; the operation was smooth all around. I think this was the second time i rented from ECOVIA and all has been good. I am not saying things can sometimes go wrong but I had no problems or issues with ECOVIA and I would rent again.

The lady at the office was really helpfull and nice. We booked a VW Taigo or similar, we got audi Q2, which was pretty nice. Downsides: - the tank was not full. Range at pick up: 650, range full tank: 850 km - the car was pretty dirty, it was dark when we picked it up, we didn’t choose the extra insurance (it was a scam from the intermediate website where we booked it) and the lady from the office advised us to take as many pictures as possibl...

Good car condition, ~8k km, had a minor scratch. Petrol tank wasn't full. Smooth registration, no wait time, friendly staff, good rate, quick return. All the rental cars seem to be located at P3 parking, requiring taking a shuttle which runs very full. Be prepared for the pickup and drop off to take a while due to having to use the shuttle.
We got top notch customer support from Autovia's employee, Nicoletta, at Bergamo Airport Although I did expect some "turbulences" in the process of getting our car (due to the other recent reviews), Nicoletta made her job at the highest standards, making us comfortable in the entire process, without insisting to get additional services from them (since we clearly said we do not want anything else I already booked).
We had a great experience with Autovia (Ecovia). The pick-up and drop-off process was very smooth and easy, and the car was in excellent condition. They offered several types of car seats, so we could choose the one that best fit our child’s needs, which was a big plus for us. Everything was clear and straightforward. Very good experience. The woman at the counter was really excellent and fast in the delivery of the documents to collect the car. 10 minutes and you are out toward the bus stop to commute to the P3 parking where it is really easy to pick up and deliver your car at the end of the rent. Rental fares are Very low and competitive
