Good car condition, ~8k km, had a minor scratch. Petrol tank wasn't full. Smooth registration, no wait time, friendly staff, good rate, quick return. All the rental cars seem to be located at P3 parking, requiring taking a shuttle which runs very full. Be prepared for the pickup and drop off to take a while due to having to use the shuttle.

We got top notch customer support from Autovia's employee, Nicoletta, at Bergamo Airport Although I did expect some "turbulences" in the process of getting our car (due to the other recent reviews), Nicoletta made her job at the highest standards, making us comfortable in the entire process, without insisting to get additional services from them (since we clearly said we do not want anything else I already booked).

We had a great experience with Autovia (Ecovia). The pick-up and drop-off process was very smooth and easy, and the car was in excellent condition. They offered several types of car seats, so we could choose the one that best fit our child’s needs, which was a big plus for us. Everything was clear and straightforward. I highly recommend them to anyone traveling to Italy

Very good experience. The woman at the counter was really excellent and fast in the delivery of the documents to collect the car. 10 minutes and you are out toward the bus stop to commute to the P3 parking where it is really easy to pick up and deliver your car at the end of the rent. Rental fares are Very low and competitive

We had a great experience with Autovia. We made a last minute booking through DiscoverCars for 8 days, they gave us a car quickly and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Returning the car was quick too. My husband even left his camera in the car by mistake and they found it for us and gave it back to us right away! If we could give more than 5 stars we would 👍🏼

Rented car from autovia at the Bergamo airport I must say Ivan was good sales man he sold me the full insurance it was bit steep 3x the amount I paid for the car but it was worth it he also upgraded me into bigger newer car which we drove all the way to Pisa and Florence.

We’ve got an upgrade without paying extra. Although the car was cleaned very well outside, on the inside were marks of old dirty spots, children feet on the backrests and other places untouched for months. Otherwise the process was simple, pick up and return as per the contract conditions, obtained the second day the closing contract stating that there were no new damages to the car except those already specified at the pick up in the form. 4 ...
