Great cars and they took care of me
I had a really good experience with them. Staff was really helpful and friendly, which is quite rare case for car rental companies in my experience. We got the car upgraded and queue wasn’t long. The staff lady recommend us to go Lucca which we went and was very nice.
I have Booked online opted for the premium full insurance. Received a New Ford Puma was very good to drive. At the return just gave the key back to their guy at the parking and left. Overall a very good experience!

my flight was delayed, and i managed to run to the desk by 10:58pm!!!.. yet the guy on duty was friendly and immediately checked me out with a car..
I like the speed and professionality of the staff even during pickup or hand over the car. The car itself is OK, might be better checked, not just for damages, but also small funkcionallity as wipers, they were broken. All in all was a good experience to rent a car from Autovia, would do it again without hesitation.
The car was nice, clean and with no technical problems. Pretty enough of space for me and my family.

Friendly staff and everything was clear and fluent. The instructions on how to drive the car back to the airport could be more clear.
Collecting vehicle was a bit slow as there was a queue of customers ahead of me and some rental documentation processes seemed unnecessarily long winded when most customers have pre booked. That said, I was lucky to get an upgrade to an automatic SUV which was fantastic! Thank you! Return service was great!

The car was in good condition and it was easy to find. The staff was friendly and supportive. Please note the number of Autovia parking places at the Bologna airport is very limited so you need to consult staff while dropping off the car at the end.
