I received the exact car I booked, and it was in excellent condition. The service was fantastic from pickup to drop off.
The only minor issue was a slight delay at pickup because my UK phone couldn’t get a signal at the airport, and you need to call them as soon as you land. Other than that, everything went smoothly. I would happily use their service again.

A good company. The service is OK, although it is out of the Malpensa terminal. The car was in very good condition.
The only problem that I find is that they do not provide night service. So if you flight is delayed and you appear after office hours, you are lost. Also it is not clear what you do when you have to return the car in the night hours.
Great. I used them last week for a 2 day rental, which all turned out nice. The car was brand new, I even got upgraded by the staff -- and checkout as well as return were both trouble free. Overall, the staff was very friendly and it was easy to get there.

Great car, excellent price, decent service I did have my international driver's license, and everything prepared when I got to their counter which is an 8 minute drive away from the airport. Plus we waited about 15 minutes for the van to arrive. Also, you need to call their office to have their van pick you up at the airport, so make sure that your phone works and that you know how to make that call. And they will put a deposit on your visa, ...

The experience was generally good the only suggestion I have is allowing customers to choose the type of insurance they want when depositing to pickup the car than charging money for insurance while booking for the car and when you are about to pickup the car only to be told the insurance booked with the car isn't valid.
