Car rental at Milano Central Station

I booked and paid directly through ECOVIA’s website. There were no bad surprises—everything was clear and easy, and the website clearly states that debit cards are not accepted. Everything went smooth and without any problems. At pick-up documents were prepared fast. I had to wait few minutes the car that I had to get to be cleaned, but it was not a problem. At drop-off I had also no issues. The car I got was OK, same class that I wanted. I did what planned without any troubles with the assistance of AutoVia!

While on our Trip to Italy, at Milan we missed our train from Milan to Rome. That is when AutoVia really helped, I would really like to thank Valentina and Moad, they were so helpful and went really out of their way to help us get us a car in time and in good rate. - Their office is the most difficult one to find. It’s located outside of the station building. Park is 7-10 minutes away. From office. - Returning the car to park was also strange. - The car was new and decent BYD seal suv. - Price was also reasonable.

Hicham was very helpful and kind. We met when I picked up the car he’s a trustworthy and genuinely great person. I didn’t face any issues either when picking up or returning the car. Since the car I originally rented wasn’t available, they even gave me a better one for free. Even though I didn’t purchase full insurance, no extra charges were added for unreasonable reasons. Because of all this, I can confidently recommend renting a car from here.

DROP OFF is at “Be Charge Charging Station” Via Giovanni Battista Sammartini, 29, 20100 Milano MI, Italy. It’s underground. Other than finding the drop off location (we drove down from Florence) the drop off was easy. The guy was nice and since we had all inclusive insurance we could just go. Would rent from them again!
