Car rental at Naples Airport

Quick and agile in getting the car. Also we got an upgrade 🤩

Had a nice car off them. But as I was late had to pay twice, not good but wont happen again

Honest and reliable car rental firm. I will call out a company when they are bad so it is only fair i call out when they are good too. Collected car with minimal fuss and a €500 deposit left for any potential damages. Returned 4 days later hassle free. Most car rental firms ask for €1000+ deposit and a fuel holding fee too. I had not used autovia before but I shall be looking to use again. 5/5 Do recommend.

Booked through Carjet, who take very little ownership for things. Flight delayed arrived late, my orginal Carjet booking cancelled due to Carjets stupid terms and conditions. Very friendy reception in the office located inside Napoli Airport. I booked my car in advance (online) and I just had to finalize the paperwork and deposit there. A transfer brought me to the car park where I received the keys. I ordered a VW Golf but got an upgrade to a MG HS, which turned out to be a blessing. No issues when I brought back the car ten days later.

This guys on the reception do not show much respect for the clients but i want to thank Luigi for the good service. Thats why im doing this review.

My rental experience has been great so far, having just returned the car. Good customer service both at pick up and drop off (Luigi). Car new and clean. Overall a very good experience with this car rental service. Both the pick up and return process was smooth and the car provided was in good shape. Only giving 4 stars because the actual car type that I reserved was not available, but the agent Daniela did offer a free upgrade. I would eventually have preferred a smaller car though.
