Not sure why others give this place a poor review. I booked at Automatic car and was provided a BYD Seal SUV. Too large to drive within Naples in my opinion. Had a rather hassle-free experience with Autovia / Ecovia at Napoli Garibaldi. When at the time of the rental nobody was present, I gave the number on the door a call. The operator explained being on his way but having to walk quite a bit. After the paperwork, it was very clear what he meant: he has to walk quite a distance between handing over the car to the customers and the service desk, so especially when working by himself it can sometime...

Really efficient service. The office is situated ideally for access out of Napoli to the main roads. No fuss with the inspection of the car on return. Was able to pick the car up slightly early too.
