Car rental at Palermo Airport

Convinient when they drive you and pick you up at the airport.

We rented from Claudia she went above and beyond. Claudia made the rental process painless. No problem with them accepting credit card. Shuttled us to our location as we discussed prior with no problems. When in the area again will not hesitate to rent from her again.

Autovia Palermo offers great service and very friendly staff. The only downside is that the office is not located directly at the airport — we had to wait about 20 minutes for the shuttle bus and another 10 minutes to reach the rental location. Make sure to allow extra time when returning your car and catching the shuttle back to the airport. Otherwise, everything went smoothly and the team was very helpful!

Problem-free rental. They picked us up from the airport upon arrival and clearly explained the rental rules (full tank upon rental and return). The damage report did not include all the scratches and defects I noticed, so it's a good idea to take photos and record a video before renting. Just in case. I'm sorry that some people have such bad experiences with this company, but I'm not one of them. The pick-up and delivery of the car went quite quickly and without any problems. Yes, they have very expensive comprehensive insurance (more expensive than the rental itself), but I had it with another company, so I didn't use it. The car station is not at the airport. I called upon arrival and 5 min later a shuttle bus came to pick me up. The lady from the car rental station was very friendly and explained all very well. I booked a super full damage waiver with 36€ per day and the deposit was reduced to 100€. I got a car upgrade. A ford fiesta in very good conditions and very clean. It was a pleasure to drive the car. Thank you very much for the excellent service.

Thank you for quality service!!!. The shuttle bus took us from the airport to the Autovia office in Cinisi. The car was well prepared (new Cupra): cleaned, windscreen wash was refilled. You must return your car with the same fuel level which was notified during car pick-up. Very short procedure to fix all formalities. If you're first time on Sicily, I recommend to buy full insurance. It will save you a lot of stress😊.

Rented from Ecovia in Catania and dropped off at Palermo Airport in early June. I cannot fault the friendliness, efficiency and helpfulness of the staff at both ends of our road trip. Car was great. I would use again.

Arrived and got a little bigger car. Not the best looking, but worked well all over the island. Had good aircon ( a must on Sicily ( May-September ) Was greeted by Vita when returning it. Vita made the return and transfer to the airport very quick and pleasant. Autovia, never lose this guy! Have to finish by saying this was a rental where I purchased the full guarantee. Experience might be different if you take your chances with a big excess...

We rented a car here for 9 days, using a comparison portal, like many do. Make sure you have a valid credit card. If you do, the deposit process works flawlessly.
