The car was spotless, exactly as expected, and almost brand new. The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Gianni, who helped us tremendously. He spoke excellent English, was very friendly and professional, and had everything arranged in no time.

It was also very convenient that I could use my American Express card without any issues.

Really good car, was a hybrid.. no issues with small roads and lanes in cities. Good price and friendly service at pick up and drop off. Recommended.

Easy, affordable, convenient rental inside Palermo airport. Staff are friendly and courteous and all speak very good English. We drove around Sicily for a week and really got the most value out of our rental. Returned the car at the airport, walked inside and got on the plane. Everything was smooth and easy.

Nice car, nice staff, nice hospitality. If you will going to Sicily, you don’t think any other rental company for the holiday. Fast, no need to wait. We pick up the car from Palermo airport and we drop off in Catania airport. We went to airport in 05:00 and they have key box in delivery point, no need to any person or spent time. We had a problem-free and inva-friendly rental experience at Autovia Palermo airport. The personnel were super friendly and spoke both Italian and English. We picked the car up and returned it right outside the arrivals hall, which was good because we traveled with two disabled people. The full coverage was a bit too expensive, but other than that no complaints; a very smooth process.

We booked the day before collecting the car, and the airport was packed due to a problem with another airport so everybody needed a car. In spite of this we got the car we wanted, it was delivered to us quickly and in perfect condition, and we managed very easily to deliver it at a different airport than the one we collected it in.
