Usually it's a bit hit or miss with car rental agencies in Italy but I had a great experience both at pickup and dropoff. I extended the rental for a day and communication around it was clear. Would book again!
Very easy, simple and straight forward. I rented the car on Sunday 3rd August to Tuesday 5th through my Expedia app as it was one of the cheapest among the many car rentals in Assisi airport. The staff were nice and the car was brand new and spotless. On return I made sure I refilled the tank with fuel and gave the keys into the staff at the desk who came with me to check the car and deposit was returned immediately. Grazie Autovia!
It took me a combined total of 10mins to sign the papers and do the necessary, pick up the car, and return it 5 days later. The people were nice and the car was perfect and allowed me to have a great holiday!
