Good experience! We got a brand new and modern car. Friendly staff. Keep in mind that when you return the car you do the inspection right away, call the staff 10 minutes before you arrive.

I had a good experience overall. The car comes with a list of all present damages (all the little scratches). Luckily I didn t scratch the car further, so they returned my deposit, but I imagine they are very rigorous. They gave me the car with a half a tank of gas, so it is hard to return it exactly like that.

Excellent service. As an English speaker I was greatly relieved to find the staff spoke English fluently and were able to take me through the collection and return processes with ease.
Friendly non-intrusive service. Car key was immediately handed over at the counter in the terminal in Pescara with all the necessary information. Checked the car myself at the request of the counter clerk. Everything went very well, if you carefully read the instructions on the voucher and pay with a credit card, everything goes according to plan. I received a new car (with only 1500 km on board) and upon returning after a car check in a few hours I received the deposit amount in the account. A pleasant experience! Thank you!
I rented an automatic car with Autovia for 5 days, and the whole process for renting and returning the car was very practical. I highly recommend! Negative point only for the blocking of the deposit that they did not make on my debit card, and I was forced to take out insurance for the amount of the reserve separately.
Autovia Pescara Airport is the best car rental we have ever used. The ladies at the reception desk were so sweet and provided excellent service with a smile. The conditions and insurance coverage were clearly explained. They also upgraded the car we chose from a small hatchback to a new and very luxurious suv complete with GPS for the same price! This is the second time I rented with Autovia, having rented previously from another airport. I rent cars frequently for business trips, and Autovia is quickly becoming one of my favourite renting.
