Good experience! We got a brand new and modern car. Friendly staff. Keep in mind that when you return the car you do the inspection right away, call the staff 10 minutes before you arrive.

I have used Autovia on a number of occasions for car rentals. We even rented for four months when we first moved to Italy. When asked, I send friends and others to Autovia where I know they will be able to speak with someone in English and I know they will be treated well. It's the only agency I'll use.
We were given a self charging hybrid Panda from Ecovia. This almost halved the fuel cost for the week we used it. The car was clean, comfortable and easy to drive, if a little underpowered. The desk service was efficient and courteous.
Car and process of rental was really good experience.
I had a good experience overall. The car comes with a list of all present damages (all the little scratches). Luckily I didn t scratch the car further, so they returned my deposit, but I imagine they are very rigorous. They gave me the car with a half a tank of gas, so it is hard to return it exactly like that.

Perfect receptionist and car hiring A car as Panda Hybrid has been rented by me at Pescara airport, a nice young lady Noemi, which is speaking 8 languages plus one, (giaggianese) gave me the best suppprt ever, even though there was some crowd. The car was clean, full of gas, economic 19 km per lt average city consumption. I suggest to the company to keep Noemi for ever and give her some money bonus for her skills. This was the first time I rent a car in Italy and I was very sceptical after all the worrying reviews I read about getting scammed, but with Autovia I have a very positive experience! Excellent service. As an English speaker I was greatly relieved to find the staff spoke English fluently and were able to take me through the collection and return processes with ease.
The staff were really nice and helpful. We had no issues with the car. The had a system issue and we had to wait 10 minutes extra, however they had gave as an upgrade for free, which I think it was really nice of them. No issues whatsoever. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Checked the car myself at the request of the counter clerk. Everything went very well, if you carefully read the instructions on the voucher and pay with a credit card, everything goes according to plan. I received a new car (with only 1500 km on board) and upon returning after a car check in a few hours I received the deposit amount in the account. A pleasant experience! Thank you!
