The car rental company met my expectations with fast and friendly service. It's just a shame the windshield washer fluid was missing and the inside of the windows were very dirty.

Very good service from Autovia, but why do Cupra not have a satnav fitted as standard, forcing us to use our phone connected via bluetooth? It uses up data and battery charge at an alarming rate and there is no USB port to plug in a charger!

The pick-up process was smooth, and the staff were courteous and professional. Unfortunately, I was charged an extra €60 because my flight was delayed by two hours, causing me to arrive later than expected. While I understand that policies exist, I was disappointed that no consideration was given to the circumstances. A more flexible approach in cases of documented flight delays would improve the overall customer experience

Pickup process took a long time at the desk, there were 2 people in front of us but we had to wait for almost an hour. We booked directly via their web page together with insurance. There was confusion with the insurance excess amounts but we convinced them to get the zero excess as we picked during booking. Quick queue at the desk, deposit value seemed high for the rental cost, not able to use debit card so but of a struggle to remember credit card details but ok.

This is the 4th time I've used Autovia in the past 3years. I'm happy to report a consistently excellent service. Staff were courteous, professional and only too happy to help. Our latest car was an almost new VW T-cross. Fabulous. Exactly as booked. Well done Autovia see you again soon.

Our car was clean and worked as one would expect. There was a lot of damage on the car and not all of it was marked on the paperwork. The staff rectified that straight away. On drop off it took a good half hour for the car to be inspected and cleared of new damage - maybe because we did not take the hire companies excess insurance etc (we arranged our own beforehand).

Renting a car, what a hassle. Except with Autovia at Pisa airport. Smooth check in, smooth checkout. No aggressive upselling. Just a good car at a good price and pleasant staff. Recommended

I booked a car after comparing prices. I had read the reviews but was willing to give the company a try as their prices were so competitive. Pick up of the car was great with a very helpful agent, being very kind and ordering me a taxi when I left the wallet with my UK driving license back at the hotel. Important to note that at the Pisa pickup, an international driving permit was not needed , just a photo Id UK driving license and passport.
