I hired a car from Perugia airport for my holiday last week. There was no queue - the Opel Mokka was a delight to drive and all went smoothly. I did have to park in a space for a different car hire company when I dropped it back, as the two spaces for Autovia were full, but I explained why and was allowed to leave it there. No complaints at all.
Fast and easy pickup and drop off. Kind and efficient staff. We got an upgrade and a discount on second driver fee. Will certainly come back to the.
Car was very reasonably priced and was absolutely fine. Staff actually escorted me to the area at Torino Porta Nuova which was so so good (I would’ve had some difficulty finding it personally) and they are open Sunday which made all the difference.

It would be nice actually get the car you ordered, the car was ok but not particularly clean, staff where pleasant enough.
The lady at the office was really helpfull and nice. We booked a VW Taigo or similar, we got audi Q2, which was pretty nice. Downsides: - the tank was not full. Range at pick up: 650, range full tank: 850 km - the car was pretty dirty, it was dark when we picked it up, we didn’t choose the extra insurance (it was a scam from the intermediate website where we booked it) and the lady from the office advised us to take as many pictures as possibl...
The car was in great condition. The agent was friendly. It's a shame that all rental car companies use the same old software. It takes 5 times as long to get the rental agreement completed as it should. I have given the company almost all the information before I ever get there. Yet, I have to hand fill out a name, address, phone, email and other details form. THEN the not eficient typist agent has to enter all this into the computer......

I had only great experiences with Autovia. Last time wen I booked in Bologna airport, I had a free upgrade to a brand new SUV with automatic transmission from a compact with manual transmission. Valentina from front office was very nice and helpfull. I definetly will continuie to rent from Autovia.
