Roberto was extremely helpful. Arranged for car to pick us up right at our car drop off. Car was perfect. Pleasure to deal with !
Robert was extremely helpful when we unexpectedly dropped off the car 3 days early. Drop off was a breeze and Robert even spoke to our taxi driver to make sure that we were well taken care of. Couldn't be happier with his service.
Francesco was so helpful. Laid out all the expectations and provided us a great car and information ahead of time. Would recommend!

Excellent customer services once we were able to find the rental desks. It's become a bit of a nightmare to locate rental desks in Fiumicino airport. A lovely service
agent upgraded our hire car a no extra cost a pleasant surprise it was an automatic drove lovely with not a scratch. Collection was easy once we'd found block B after wandering around blockD were rental desks are located. But at least you only make that mistake once . Look for...
Veronika was amazing! She helped us with our reservation and we were able to get our cars smoothly and easily. I would definitely rent here again.
Excellent service from Veronika, the Autovia/Ecovia representative at Fiumicino Airport. She gave us great advice and was very proactive when we had a problem with the vehicle. She found us a replacement (picture) within minutes in the Puglia region where we were staying. I wholeheartedly recommend Veronika and Autovia/Ecovia. Diane and Jean.
Excellent problem solving skills by Veronika. Credit card processing at car rental companies in Italy seem to be an everlasting pain, but everything was fine at the end 🙏
