I want to thank the company for their service. This is a good experience of cooperation. We were robbed in Rome and damaged the car, broke the window in the door, the managers at the parking lot helped us, replaced the car, helped us fill out all the documents, were polite and friendly. But most importantly, the insurance took care of all the additional costs for the incident!

Great experience, Veronica at the registration desk was amazing and very helpful, the check in and the drop off were very easy and organized. Car was new and clean. Overall a very positive experience.

I was denied to rent a car from a other company because my drivers license had a small tear. I asked Autovia if they could help, and they helped me with a car with full insurance for a very good price. Everything was fine and no problems whatsoever. So a reminder to anyone renting a car in Italy, make sure that your drivers license is in very good condition or you could risk not getting a car. I will use autovia again.

Good experience! Booked a car through booking.com. Had no issues whatsoever. The manager casually asked about adding insurance, like in every other rental company. Everything was fast and professional. The car was okay, reliable and comfortable. The return took 5 mins, the deposit to the credit card was returned in 3 days.

Positives: This is the second time I use the services of EcoVia and I am overall happy with it, but there are some fields to improve, which I will note.
