I picked up a car here and dropped it off at Naples airport. Staff at the office were very quick but it wasn’t very clear where the car had to be specifically collected from as it’s a short walk from the office but it’s in a car park completely disconnected from the station itself.

We had the nicest guy check over our car at drop off. Unfortunately someone else had damaged the car we hired (opened their door onto ours and left a dent and paint marks). He walked us through the process and was so kind. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name. For reference, the small dents were €738 (which we have private insurance that will cover - bear in mind as this is a hefty fee for dents if you don’t have insurance).
We rented a car from auto via and Simone was of great help. The service was amazing. The car was up to our standards, clean. Everything went smoothly.
