We had the nicest guy check over our car at drop off. Unfortunately someone else had damaged the car we hired (opened their door onto ours and left a dent and paint marks). He walked us through the process and was so kind. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name. For reference, the small dents were €738 (which we have private insurance that will cover - bear in mind as this is a hefty fee for dents if you don’t have insurance).
We rented a car from auto via and Simone was of great help. The service was amazing. The car was up to our standards, clean. Everything went smoothly.
We had booked a car with Autovia but were rather worried because of all the bad reviews. All nice and fluid (and relatively cheap), especially at the car delivery/car check. They push a bit for selling insurance premia but apart from that all good

Honestly don't know where all those bad reviews are coming from. From start to finish all went easy, staff both at Bergamo airport and Rome Terminal where helpful and polite. Nice and easy process
