Eric was amazing when we picked the car up supper helpful and quick. The place is about a minute walk from where you land at the airport. Rented a Fiat Panda for my weekend trip. Up on picking up the car, there are two families in front of the queue. But I wasn't waiting for too long, like 10min or so. Autovia had the longest queue of any of the rentals on a Saturday morning, possibly because they were the best value when I checked. We rented a two year old Fiat 500L which was adequate if unexciting, but Android Carplay brought up Google Maps and my Spotify, so very useful
