Yesterday I hired a Car at the Autovia Station in Ravenna. I just want to share my very good Experience at this Car Rental Station. Everything was fast and comfortable. The Service Agent Lorenzo was very friendly and helpful. He called a cab for us to get us back to the Cruise Port A special thanks to him. I highly recommend this Station for 100%

Our best experience with car rental in Europe! The service was quick, attentive and very friendly. The lady at the desk even went with us to show us how to get to the car, as we just arrived to town. The car was clean and well maintained. I will surely use their service in the future.

Very cordial and helpful! The Bari, Italy staff could not have been better. The car supplied, however, was a CNG (compressed natural gas) powered vehicle with an emergency-backup petrol tank that holds only 9 liters. The regular version of that vehicle holds 40 liters of petrol like every normal car. We had to refill the car multiple times per day. EPIC fail by the company. Do not accept such a “dual fuel” vehicle unless you want to spend hal...

Started as great customer service. But rapidly went downhill when we noticed were reserved a manual instead of automatic car. Davide no longer had the same patience and kindness he initially had. Their prices were also significantly higher than other locations. Also, they boast of proximity to the train station but the car lot is actually a 7-10 min walk from the train station. The rental office is at the station. But where you pick up and ret...
