We rented a car here and everything was absolutely perfect. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. A special mention goes to the Fabiana. We have been upgraded from the 500 (not available) to a Ford Puma mild hybrid manual. More confortable, more spacious, more difficult to park, but I do not have an issue with that. The car only had 23000 km onboard, I added almost another 1000. Consumption was very reasonable at just over 5 litres per 100 km. It came spotless clean, in very good condition, I gave it back a little dusty. Overall a very good experience.

Usually it's a bit hit or miss with car rental agencies in Italy but I had a great experience both at pickup and dropoff. I extended the rental for a day and communication around it was clear. Would book again!
