Was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews but my experience was excellent. Very nice staff at check in, quick walk to collect the car which was very clean, new and lovely to drive.
Really easy also when we arrived to drop off as was leas than 10 minutes.

We were very satisfied with the service. The car was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. Everything went smoothly from pickup to return, with no issues at all. We would definitely recommend this rental company and would be happy to use their services again.
I picked up the car late at night, everything went quickly and efficiently. The car was new, about 4k km. When I dropped off the car, the employees were very friendly and efficient. My deposit was refunded in less than 2 hours after I dropped it off. I recommend!!

I had only great experiences with Autovia. Last time wen I booked in Bologna airport, I had a free upgrade to a brand new SUV with automatic transmission from a compact with manual transmission. Valentina from front office was very nice and helpfull. I definetly will continuie to rent from Autovia.
Car was excellent. Pick up is like usual with the lower priced rental companies. But the car was a brand new Opel Corsa with all the needed options. 750km on it. Drove perfect. Exactly what we needed for our week in italy.
We booked Peugeot 2008, and got MG ZS. Downgrade in my opinion, but the car was good enough for our needs. It was in a good condition, but a bit scratched. Always make a video of received car! The return took 5 minutes and was flawless.

I had a really good experience with them. Staff was really helpful and friendly, which is quite rare case for car rental companies in my experience. We got the car upgraded and queue wasn’t long. The staff lady recommend us to go Lucca which we went and was very nice.
I have Booked online opted for the premium full insurance. Received a New Ford Puma was very good to drive. At the return just gave the key back to their guy at the parking and left. Overall a very good experience!
