I had a really good experience with them. Staff was really helpful and friendly, which is quite rare case for car rental companies in my experience. We got the car upgraded and queue wasn’t long. The staff lady recommend us to go Lucca which we went and was very nice.
I have Booked online opted for the premium full insurance. Received a New Ford Puma was very good to drive. At the return just gave the key back to their guy at the parking and left. Overall a very good experience!

Easy to find desks and helpful employees. Gete offered us an upgrade from the mid Opel Corsa size to the Seat Arona larger car since they only had a Lacia Ypsilon as mid car left. We first refused since we do not mind a not large car but when at parking spot we changed our mind as the Seat offered much more comfort and Tech. We went back to the desk and they helped us change it again to the upgrade. So far so good. Scusate il disturbo!!
Great experience. Car was only 2k kilometres old and perfect condition. Staff were helpful and very polite. Bit of a queue in the terminal but we'd been delayed and it was close to hitting closing time so understandable. As good as any hire car experience I've had
