All good but I dont agree on an extra fee to cross to another country
We rented a car here and everything was absolutely perfect. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. A special mention goes to the Fabiana. She was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. She made the experience even better with her positive attitude and willingness to assist with everything we needed. Highly recommended!
We have been upgraded from the 500 (not available) to a Ford Puma mild hybrid manual. More confortable, more spacious, more difficult to park, but I do not have an issue with that. The car only had 23000 km onboard, I added almost another 1000. Consumption was very reasonable at just over 5 litres per 100 km. It came spotless clean, in very good condition, I gave it back a little dusty. Overall a very good experience.

Usually it's a bit hit or miss with car rental agencies in Italy but I had a great experience both at pickup and dropoff. I extended the rental for a day and communication around it was clear. Would book again!

We rented from Claudia she went above and beyond. Claudia made the rental process painless. No problem with them accepting credit card. Shuttled us to our location as we discussed prior with no problems. When in the area again will not hesitate to rent from her again.
Everything went smooth and without any problems. At pick-up documents were prepared fast. I had to wait few minutes the car that I had to get to be cleaned, but it was not a problem. At drop-off I had also no issues. The car I got was OK, same class that I wanted. I did what planned without any troubles with the assistance of AutoVia!

Booked our car through Sunny Cars. We received clear instructions to be picked up outside Terminal 2 (Departures level) near the Banco BPM. There’s a shuttle bus that collects you — you just need to call them beforehand, and they also have WhatsApp (the number is the same as their main contact number), which is very convenient. Great experience. The staff is great ( Giacomo is an asset to the company). While chatting and tell him my plans he suggested a better car with a small upgrade and it was a great choice. The car was brand new and super clean. I will use it again for sure.
