I rented a car for 10 days from TPS Airport. Despite a late arrival, the pickup was completed within 15 minutes. The vehicle was in excellent condition. I added an additional driver for a reasonable fee. The counter representative was very helpful. I would recommend them and will use their service again.

I don’t know how people put one star and bring the rating low. I would recommend to book your car there. 1. The people at the counter in the airport are super friendly. 2. The car was super clean. 3. We requested for a Volkswagen Polo, but we got an MG3 that was not bad and it was the same thing basically. 4. I booked it from booking and it was really easy to do everything. 5. Really easy car hire experience - you can just walk through Departures straight into the rental office (no shuttle buses etc) and the car was waiting, no queue. It was inexpensive and perfectly clean. Super straightforward return process, took about 3 minutes. Would highly recommend!
It was great experience. Check in staff at Turin Malaka was very helpful and friendly. Car was in good condition and checkout was easy and fast.
All good exept for missing the office in terminal which could have been better signed as we only found the Sixt office when following signs for rental cars. After quite a walk we had to go back. But good service and clean car.
