I ordered a car from Turin Airport online via the Auto Europe website which was a very easy process. On arrival the office was easy to find and the staff very helpful. The process was quick and I left with the car shortly after. The drop off process was even quicker. The car was fine and was the cheapest at the airport but I don’t think the other more expensive rental companies would have exceeded Autovia’s performance. I’d definitely rent fro...

Really good! I booked a Fiat Panda or similar and to my surprise we were upgraded to a Peugeot 2008. The car was clean and with a full tank. Fast pick up and drop. The guys there were really nice and reassuring. Grazie Autovia!

Great experience. The car was perfect. They were very helpful and had smooth pick up and drop off.
After having an issue with the broker contract, full name required on credit cards not initials and surname where they could not provide us with the car. Micol was very helpful in providing us with a car. Returns could be better signposted as we missed it and had to go round again.
All fine, some damage wrongly indicated on the contract when picking up the car, but noted and fixed. No problems during the return. We had external insurance.

Good quality car, no issue with rental itself and no accusations of damagages that I have had with other providers like AVIS. Good value. 2 small things that were a little disappointing. 1. Car return not clearly signposted, took a couple of laps round the airport to see where we had to return it. 2. Spent some time at desk waiting for someone to arrive, took about 45 minutes all in all to collect keys which is suboptimal
A great rental car company in Turin. When I booked the car with Autovia I was a bit concerned because I didn't know the company and in the past, I had some bad experiences with other Italian car rental providers in Turin. I'm really happy whit them, the staff was professional and friendly both at the pick-up and at the drop-off, also the emergency assistance staff was very professional and quick to help me out.
