I ordered a car from Turin Airport online via the Auto Europe website which was a very easy process. On arrival the office was easy to find and the staff very helpful. The process was quick and I left with the car shortly after. The drop off process was even quicker. The car was fine and was the cheapest at the airport but I don’t think the other more expensive rental companies would have exceeded Autovia’s performance. I’d definitely rent fro...

The car was ok But we have to waste a lot of time collecting the car and returning beside the fact that I made a on-line checking
The car was very good and I had no issues at all with the car. But when I dropped it off in Pisa there were some marks on it which were not recorded on the contract. Fortunately I had taken a full video of the car so I was able to demonstrate all of the marks were already there when I picked it up in Turin. That said it is now going to require several emails to sort this out and unblock my deposit. So very frustrating.!
We hired a seven seater car at Turin airport counter directly, price was reasonable based on other companies quotes. But good thing is the excess is zero and also deposit low. Unfortunately our car was vandalised but the company staff were so helpful they replaced our car with a nine seater one without any further charges. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
