On the whole a very good service. Very good car, great service from the representative at the pickup desk. On the down side, they charge extra for cleaning, and the pickup was quite slow.
Don't get insurance through them. Get insurance from your rental company!!!. 4 stars are based on no issues with the rental process but they are sniffing for scratches. I can understand that due to no driving skills by Italians.
