The staff spoke english and were very helpful. I made the reservation on their website and the pickup went smoothly. I checked and filmed the car at pickup for any dings and scratches (and they were correctly labeled in the contract). Really good value car hire. Staff were friendly and helpful, Car ran well and was clean. The only downsides would be the car had a very obvious dent in the front bumper that hadn't been marked on the paperwork, although they were aware of it and it wasn't a problem for them - but always worth checking, taking photos, getting one of their staff to initial the additional damage, and emailing photos/signed paperwork through (just in case). Staff were helpful and the service was quick. No attempted upselling of extra insurance, thankfully. They gave me a slightly bigger car than I had ordered, but it managed to squeeze through narrow Puglian streets just fine!

We had pretty good experience. Unfortunately out flights was delayed and original company refused to issue our car. We had to quickly rent car at Bergamo airport. Ivan was excellent, it was only 15 min till official closing time, many counters were already closed. But he made our experience pleasant and peaceful. And also good sense of humour.
