I had a very good experience with autovia. I rented the car through bsp-auto without any extra insurance. Autovia proposed extra insurance that I refused and they did not insist, they just made sure I understood the risk I was taking. The car was not the exact one that I picked up but same kind of car. They asked me to sign all the documents before I could see the car and just told me to take photos just in case, which proved to be useful beca...

It was very easy to book with Autovia. The car was good, we had no issue. Maybe it take too long to receive our deposit back. After almost 2 weeks we give the auto back, we have still not our deposit back.

After reading so many negative reviews, I was quite worried about renting from Autovia. In the end, my experience was mostly positive.
The price was very competitive, and we even received a free upgrade. We had booked a standard Ford Kuga, but instead we got a brand-new hybrid Kia Sportage with only 7,000 km on the odometer. It was a very comfortable car and made our trip much more enjoyable.

Contrary to many negative reviews I have read, my experience of Ecovia at Catania aiport could not have been better.
I was offered (and accepted) a significantly upgraded car (automatic Kia Sportage instead of manual Peugot 208) which was a nice surprise, and the car was virtually brand new - less than 7,000 km on the clock.

rent and go, had an almost new car, staff very helpful. THe only issue is explanation in the email from where to retrieve car. Tooks a while going around until we found the place.
